Yemen is one of the oldest parts of the Middle East. Mostly controlled by kingdoms Yemen was and is split into North and South Yemen. Until the early 1900s Yemen was part of the Ottoman Empire. After leader Imam Badr was forced out on control by the help of Egyptian leaders, Yemen Arab Republic was formed. South Yemen at this time was ruled by British authorities and was later named a crown colony. The South declared indolence and became the People's Democratic Republic of Yemen and both North and South, possible future union. Throughout history the North and South had many problems and civil war broke out about twenty years ago. Today South Yemen there is a secessionist movement and in the North a complete rebellion.
Yemen currently has major conflict in its own as well as some U.S conflict when an al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula attempted to bomb a U.S. aircraft flying from Amsterdam to Detroit. This happened on Christmas day but was unsuccessful. It is said that Yemen now holds a large number of terrorists as well as offers grounds for training. Iranians have been aiding to North Yemen, however some tribes have proceeded over borders and Houthi rebels have been fighting Saudi Arabia as well as aiding al-Qaida. It is hard to perceive what exactly is happening because no one is being allowed into Yemen, not even journalists, concluding all information is second-hand. Currently there is North and South conflict, as well as the possibility of al-Qaida and al-Qaida followers inhabiting Yemen. There is being attempts made to make the South independent again, but this requires aid from other countries and followers. Yemen does not have a strong central government so there is nothing to stop the al-Qaida from growing and practice their training. CONFLICT
The U.S. does not want Yemen to fall and especially not due to outstanding al-Qaida, but al-Qaida may not be the key to outstanding conflict in Yemen. Yemen may be playing victim and attempting to receive military support and money from allies and neighbors. Yemen seems to want U.S support through our air force and power but it is their conflict in their country. Religious beliefs may play a part in this war between Saudi and Iran, but U.S. has been providing weapon support to Yemen's troops to fight against al-Qaida and its followers. This is a great example of spiraling escalation and conflict tactics. Wars arise when there is no collaborating, compromising, or avoiding. When both sides refuse to give a little or avoid there is less conflict. When both sides continue throughout history to conflict each other and escalate to fights that lead to war, partly due to a weak central government wars happen and it puts the entire country in a crisis stage.

Reciprocity and the Bar
Reciprocity is found in many of examples, but one that stood out very noticeably was pre-law students and the Bar. All states require a different set of requirements for their up-coming attorney's to test and pass the Bar. These are called reciprocity laws amongst the states. Nineteen states require a passing of the Bar to enter it, while the other states do not. However there is a reciprocity law restricting attorney's to practice law in states who have admission standards that the attorney has not passed.
However some states offer law reciprocity in adjoining states where the Bar that was passed is accepted in certain states. In-house corporate attorneys may be able to avoid these reciprocity laws because they only have one client and do not deal with numerous people and cases. This term is used very specifically in legal matters as well in our book working through conflict that has similar but different relating ideas.http://www.lawcrossing.com/article/1084/Reciprocity-Laws-Among-the-States/
